Sometimes I just can't help thinking about pointless things. It's a hobby of mine I guess. I just like to revel in the imponderables. Life is just a mystery that requires investigation. And unknown thing to explore and examine. In the GREAT scheme of things, you really are a nobody. In matters of scale, the known "universe" means nothing. There's bound to be things smaller than a quark and something bigger than a universe. There's only such a small window of reality we experience. But in that window, are so many things. I can only speculate, but is a galaxy part of something so much larger? Is an atom a cluster of other worlds?

You're just one thing in a seemingly endless field. But you're you. You exist and you actually know it. Sometimes I just feel so lucky. So lucky that I get to experience this thing we call life. It seems a lot of people don't realize that their existence that THEY really don't matter. What do you care if a skin cell dies? You don't notice. What does an ant colony care that one worker died? They eat it. A human may be a collection of systems, but so is humanity it's self.

Things change and things die. That's just what happens. I never truly know what my points are, I can never get them fully out of my head. I probably sound like a nutter, but I guess I just want to make at least a few people think about the self similarities everywhere. Existence, man. Boggles the mind.


In other news, my boyfriend is leaving to go to basic training tomorrow morning. I has a sad and when I'm sad, I make even less sense. For instance. I'm going to go take a shower right now cuz I feel like it.
